Commission TOS!

☆This is my Terms of service, you must read them to be able to commission me.➤I only take USD, Euros, and or Pounds. USD is preferred.➤Commissions can take up to as less as a week or as long as a few months, this is due to me having a job and just everyday life.➤Once I’ve started you will not be able to get a refund if you decide to cancel the commission, if I haven’t started the commission and you wish to cancel and get a refund that will be possible, but depending on my account balance at the time you may have to wait until I get paid to get your refund, so please be patient in that regard. You are welcome to ask how long until you will receive the refund or ask for updates as long it’s polite.➤I only take PayPal as payment, I will not accept art, exposure, or alternative forms of payment.➤You must have a clear reference sheet, sketches are fine but just have digital colors.➤Just because I’m drawing for myself doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten or ignored your commission, I have the right to draw for myself in between commissions.➤I will not draw anything that I’m uncomfortable drawing/feel confident enough to do.➤I have the right to deny your commission request, I will not tolerate gaslighting, or guilt tripping either.➤If you commission me for a sketch commission you are welcome to finish the sketch as long I’m given credit for the original piece.➤If you commission a custom all I ask is that you ask me before making drastic changes to the design, more than likely I’ll be cool with it, I just like having a heads up.➤For customs you must fill out a form that I send you, this will include; Gender, hairstyles, colors, theme, accessories (if desired), references (of hair etc), Moodboards, personality.➤When commissioning for a custom please make sure to send mood boards, more than one is helpful, while also knowing what you want before hand and giving detailed info about what you want.
